DMCA (Copyright) Policy

Effective: July 10, 2026

CAMMY LLC respects intellectual property rights and expects Cammy users to do the same. If you believe material available through Cammy infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"). We may remove or disable access to the challenged material, notify the affected user, keep records relating to the complaint, and take additional action permitted by law and our Terms of Service.

1. Sending a DMCA Notice

Your notice must include all of the following:
• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are involved, a representative list of those works;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it in Cammy, such as the username, collaborative event, shared event media, Edit, link, screenshot, or description of where it appears;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:
• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before it was removed or disabled;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address; and
• a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the federal courts located in Florida, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

We may send a copy of any valid counter-notification to the original claimant. If appropriate under the DMCA, we may restore the material unless the claimant tells us they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.

3. Repeat Infringers and Other Actions

We may suspend, restrict, terminate, or remove content from accounts that are the subject of repeat infringement claims or otherwise appear to misuse Cammy in violation of our Terms. We may also remove challenged material while we investigate, preserve related records, and share information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, users, or the platform.

4. Important Notes

Misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability. Cammy may act on notices that substantially comply with the DMCA, but Cammy is not a court and does not adjudicate ownership disputes. If your complaint involves trademark, privacy, publicity, harassment, or other non-copyright issues, contact us using the support information in our Terms or Privacy Policy instead of sending a DMCA notice.
